What are the measures being taken in regards to COVID-19?
The Omni Safe & Clean initiative follows the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and each individual Omni location will adhere to local and/or federal mandates. Associates conduct daily health screening, including temperature checks, frequent sanitation of all associate common areas, thorough re-training on proper hygiene and best practices, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Am I able to cancel my hotel reservation?
If you book your hotel room through the nPOD annual meeting hotel site, the reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a one night room, resort fee and sales tax penalty.
Am I able to cancel my registration?
The cancellation deadline for registration is January 23, 2022. Cancellation and/or substitution requests must be received by the UF Continuing Medical Education in writing via email or fax (352) 733-0007. More information can be found at the bottom of this page.
Where should I fly to?
The Omni Amelia Island Resort is located about 29 miles from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) in Jacksonville, FL. For international travelers, be aware you may have to accommodate for a potential layover at another airport, since neither airport offers international flights.
When is hotel check-in and check-out?
Hotel check-in is 4:00 pm. Hotel check-out is 11:00 am.
Am I able to park my car or a rented car at the hotel?
Omni Amelia Island Resort offers discounted self-parking on-site for $15 per night, and valet parking is available for $26.25 per night.
